These annual contracts are flexible based on client needs and can combine various elements on a custom basis. Clients have used retainers in a variety of ways, including:
- Establishing regular presentations to internal groups on current trends, strategic opportunities, or other topics of interest
- Providing quarterly updates on data and trends in specific markets of interest to the client, with customized presentations and subsequent access to additional custom research by way of follow-up
- Assisting teams with putting together presentations for executives, by providing custom data, insight, and analysis.
